Some might say that the VW CR HPFP problems with the Bosch CP4.1 rail pump eating itself is big...that's running about a 0.13% failure rate...may not sound bad, but that's a complete replacement of a fuel system for 1.3 cars per 1000 -- not THAT would be what I call a "BIG" failure rate.

Is there anyone here who has had a fuel injector failure on their 335d?

I did not meant big problems. For my case, i have had 3 truck with injectors problem. 2 duramax and 1 cummins. A good thing to prevent injectors problem on a common rail diesel engine is to add 2 micron secondary fuel filter.I believe filtration is key to remove this problem.
