Even though they are rated at 4.6sec 0-60, I know a tuned 335i will walk a Lotus in a drag race. I met up with a Lotus group to run the canyons today. I figured they would outrun me through the corners (1.00g+ lateral g), but I would catch them on the straights. And uphill would be the only chance I would have. Too bad I got stuck behind the slower traffic, I would have loved to have seen how fast the Caterham and Ariel Atom were running. The JB3 335i did more than respectable as you can see in the video footage:
The JB3 worked flawlessly in at least 30 miles of hard canyon driving.
