The Meguiars should be just fine. I can't comment on if the Blackfire expires, but 2 years is not enough time for almost any polish/sealant to go bad, especially if stored in a shaded/cool basement. I'd only start getting concerned after 5+ years, and probably not even until 10 years...and that's in a garage.
I've been using 9 year old Meguiars on my '68 Chevelle with no issues.
