I have my non-rft rears inflated as per the door jams.
Tread depth is 4-5-4 on both sides so they are wearing more on the outsides. However I put that down to the previous owner having them under inflated, when I bought the car they were a good 3-4 PSI below the recommended pressures.
So I believe having them correctly as per the door jams will give even tyre wear.
