Not convinced? I wouldn't be unless I was shown the repair invoice. If he doesn't have one, he can get a copy and if he doesn't want to show you an invoice, then walk.

The real point I'm trying to make here is two-fold; the E90 is built like a tank and "accident damage" doesn't mean bad car. It can but you won't know without the repair invoice.
