Not so sure, maybe it depends on the type of track. Jefferson has no place for the engine to take a breather. Otto's BMW brought an F30 335i (with 97 miles on it. 97. miles. on. it.
) and threw on a set of what I'm almost certain were R-comps. Now I will say this car was a step transmission, which makes a pretty substantial difference, BUT - Gerry Walsh overheated it in, I believe, his 2nd session. Yep, limp mode.
