I knew you would see the light at point

Watches are a very personal thing and peoples tastes vary massively, the advice people on here will give you will be their opinion, you will need to decide what you like - a bit like choosing a car, and you used to have good taste in that department

There are lots of brands that seem to be currently in vogue at the moment, names like Panerai, Hublot, IWC etc all of which are quality pieces and watches that I would have in a heart beat, I just question how in vogue they will be in 5/10/20 years time? If your are in it for the long game, I would look at the old guard - Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, Omega
