Pay and dealer should never go hand in hand. Efthreeoh is correct they will replace it at 40k. If for what ever reason you want it sooner then order the filter online and replace it yourself. Takes about 2 minutes to do on a 335 and about 15 on a 328 (i think you had to take the box off... It was really easy to do).
