The little bit of stretch is still present with the PSS, though the wheel protector on the sidewall does allow for a little more wheel protection even when using a smaller tire. The PSS has a slightly larger sidewall, but that does not mean that it fits like a full tire size larger. Yes, this does take into account your H&R Sport lowering springs, as long as you are not at an extremely low ride height the fitment recommendation would still be the same for any e90 LCI car.
