My interior was also damaged prior to pick up although i did not notice the damage until after delivery. However, everyone who looked at my car did.
It appeared to me the tinters did the damage on the rear of the seat as there were some scruff marks. The dealer replaced the damaged section.
I wish you good luck with the tinters. I think you will need it.
