1. Did you get the kit installed by a shop, or did you perform the install yourself?
2. What is the production date of your vehicle?
I ask because we have had a few instances where customers have selected the kit that doesn't correspond with their vehicle...
3. Were there any complications while installing the kit?
Whatever the case, we will figure out what the complications are so we can get the problem corrected.
