Apologies to all who sent PMs while my mailbox was full. Here are the answers to your questions:

These coilovers are for both E90 sedan and E92 coupe xi models only
I bought two sets while on a business trip in Germany (before they were available in the U.S.). One set is on my 335xi sedan. The second set was for a friend who was planning to buy a 335xi coupe but decided on a G37X instead.
They are brand new - still in the unopened factory box from KW as they were shipped to me from the factory.
The KW V3s are not adjustable from inside the car as are some Bilsteins.
The V3s have all the settings of the V2s plus a recoil adjustment.
Price is $1649 plus actual shipping cost.
