Buy the Cobb used and you can get it for ~$650. Buy it new and Vendors are right around $750. Buy the DCI after that for ~$100. If you dont know much about performance mods, I would stick to the COBB as its the easiest install possible. Just hook it up to the OBD and flash and you are good to go.
