Tiefenpfleger & Gummi Pflege are made be Einszett (1z-usa.com); the first is to restore faded trim and the second is to maintain, they both work very well.

Alternatively I like Poorboys Natural Look (silicone based, so it lasts awhile, but it's oily so a little difficult to apply), or if you prefer water-based 303 aerospace (as someone mentioned). 303 will last 1-2 washes whereas Poorboys NL will last 4-6.

Meguairs makes a couple different ones, the consumer line (gold class vinyl/rubber) or natural shine; neither is exceptional, however their pro line #40 (vinyl/rubber care) is very good if you can find it. Also, if you want large quantities their "all season dressing" is a good rubber/vinyl dressing and tire dressing and is available in 1 gal quantities.
