Hey guys. I'm new to the forums and have a coupe of quick questions. I have an N55 335XI coupe and I recently installed AR catted downpipes, The car's still too quite for my taste however. I am looking into this exhaust by Magnaflow:

My question is this: Since the XI coupe has secondary cats, will I fail inspection in New York since I assume the exhaust setup I want removes the cats and would leave me with only the high flow cat? Also, what do you guys think of that setup? Thanks for the help.
