To be honest 265 is fine. 275 will give you a little bit more protection but it's minimal. Just as long as you dont drive too close to curbs you should be okay. with ET38 your wheels will sit 5mm inward but your tires will have an "ET33" so it will sit almost flushed with the fenders.
