I think you should be fine with that set up. There are some people running 275 on ET33 but that's with tires that have really small sidewalls (Toyo T1R). The only thing is that the M6 reps only come in ET 20/30/40. So if you're going with 30 then you should go with 265 (with tires that have small sidewalls) to avoid rubbing.
