Not worth it, the only reason I keep buying them is because of the mileage I drive. If there was no expiration date on extended maintenance plan, than I would say yes.. But BMW has approached this right knowing that not many people statistically speaking will reach 100k miles in 3 years..
If you drive a lot, like myself, I feel value add is in retail value when I go to sell it I can prove that all of the maintenance was done by the dealer.
