I was Synter Chigwell yesterday trying to get my intermittent radio fault fixed.
No complaints what so ever though I found the two guys on the door checking names amusing. I walked straight past them so I guess I must have passed the test.
Any way my reason for posting is two fold:
One I have a terrible guilty feeling that I may have given your service receptionist - Nicki- a bit too much of a hard time. Frankly, I didn't expect it to be fixed and I am well aware of BMW warranty (I reckon it will need a new HU eventually). Whilst I was always polite and thanked her. She seemed a bit nervous. She did fine and I hope I was not the cause of it. If I was I apologise.
Secondly; this is my exact same issue - any ideas?
