The 2010 sedan around RHill...Pretty sure I've seen him.
There's usually a modest "car meet" at the old Georgetown Piggly Wiggly on Saturday nights from about 930 to midnight. I usually hang around there for an hour or two before heading downtown. Might be a good place.
