Wouldn't be *that* hard to find a pad that works well for both DD and autox. Something that also works well for "road racing" (and by that I'm assuming you meand HPDE and not actual road racing), that's a bit trickier. I happen to run pads that are probably too aggressive for the street for most, in that they squeal when you aren't romping on them. They are Racingbrake XT910s and I love them.
For your application, there are a lot of options out there: EBC, Hawk (HPS/HP+), Racingbrake ET800, Project Mu B force or HC800, Pagid, Carbotech etc. The key is to choose something with a wide operating range (0 to 800 degrees C.. higher than that is track pad territory).
Rotors are a personal preference but I'd recommend staying away from cross-drilled if you plan to spend any time on a track, simply because they crack sooner than blanks or slotted. I run slotted ECS geomets and I'm happy with them.
