FWIW, I should have mentioned I'm not certain on that - I'm pretty sure, but if you code it and everything works except the other side can't hear you and you've lost voice control, you'll know the mic needs rerouting to the MULF. I had this happen with one car I worked on (idrive + voice control), but it was an LCI and didn't have any mic wires in the MULF harness, so we had to run a new cable. Your car shouldn't have that problem.
