Unfortunately it is a common issue on e90s. You're best bet is to buy some moleskin from Tint Protector and apply it to car. The kit includes instructions on how to prep and apply the moleskin. I have it on my car and haven't had any scratches at all on the new tint, whereas my old tint without the moleskin was scratched up pretty darn badly.
