There have been some real good feedback above, so i cant really add to that. But I will say is, If your selling privately, many people go to view the car and then are sold on both the car and the buyer. Your a nice guy and therefore coupling your nature and that the fact your not in a rush you might aswell start high in your pricing.
Why not? Good quality well looked after cars deserve a premium.
