Its when the cars painted, and when its all finished up the texture of the paint looks like the bumpy surface of an unpeeled orange. Hence the name "Orange peel". Its common in every brand of cars really.Only way to get rid of it is to use a INSANELY ultra fine sandpaper. Definitely not worth the risk though
