Shell M-1374 aka Lifeguard 6 aka Motorcraft Mercon SP, has a Kinematic Viscosity at 100C of only 5.7! Yikes. Don't use this thing to race, or drive hard. Its just good for gas mileage. Change
every 30,000 miles.
