It is - I bought it for a friend that is not a forum member - I already have a PE on my E92. Doesn't matter anyway, all you have to do is cut the existing midpipes behind the cats in a different spot.
And yes, I already paid for the exhaust (I actually PM'd him & had the 1st post) so unless he has two of them, the PE is sold, and according to seller shipping out to me today
