I had the M3 subframe bushings/front & rear sways/Quaife LSD all done at the same time. No difference in noise. Rear end still squirmed a bit though.

Then I had all the other parts of the M3 suspension installed (full list in my garage) and the Rogue toe arms. Love the feel of pushing the gas pedal now. Haven't put more than 15 miles on it since then so I don't have an opinion on NVH (even though it was weeks ago -work keeps me on the road), I'll report back if I notice anything.

I just can't see adding power when the car isn't setup to handle it in the first place!
