Good to know, at least that no one knows yet.
I'm wondering if there is any chance the 2012 328(x)i models will get the slightly improved I6. On the one hand, why would they do it just to use it for one year, but on the other hand, that's what BMW does all the time. They certainly didn't mind putting it on the new X3 and 528i even though both of them will receive the I4 next year.
We'll see.
