Good size tires (what brand? hankook v12's and falken 453 to get the narrow sidewall), good size wheels no doubt. What shocks are you going to pair the springs with? The drop might be too low if your shocks are high mileage/almost done. But I doubt you'll be rubbing, maybe with a full load of passengers.
