I have an 01/07 E90 which I recently had coded to shut off all exterior bulb check because I wanted HID's for the low beams. Since I had an extra set of DDM HID ballasts I went ahead and installed them for fogs with the H11 bulb kit. It worked great until I started the car and experienced flickering (just in the Fogs.) I found this thread and used the capacitors as 335iredline described and works GREAT! Just put it in today drove with them on all afternoon and NO FLICKER NO BULB OUT WARNING. This is a great cheap mod if you don't want to spend a ton of money just to have HID Fogs.
Also, I have the CANBUS HID Kit from HPB as well and everything's working awesome! Thanks 335iredline! Thanks HPB!
