Tension struts will take about 15-30 minutes per side to do depends on your tech skill and tools used.

The rear subframe bushings, that will take you a whole day without proper tools! Even with it, it will take you a good 5-6 hours. We have done many E36/46 subframe bushings and will not do them without the proper tools.
