we've seen both Ferrari and McLaren's lollipop man forgot the fuel hose was still attached and release the car....
there might be many reasons...but all down to the most simplest cause...he just simply forgot.....
e.g. Jenson's mechanic forgot to remove the airbox plug before the formation lap....etc etc....
