The lab is really the only way to know for sure. Otherwise all we can go off of is what people think is ok...which isn't backed by data. Its just a combination of thoughts that accumulate in everyones minds based on advertising, experiences, things they heard...etc.

I live in a big city, so most of the time I start up the car I'm looking at about a 20-30 min trip, except a lot of that may be sitting in traffic
