taxes and title for Denver - CO
I am going to move to Denver, and I would like to know if anyone could point me in the right direction.
This would be me first car, and I don't know that are the taxes that I have to add to the MSRP, nor the quantity for the city of Denver, or if it would be much better to go somewhere else to buy it, with cheaper city taxes (if the car has any city taxes!! Which is something I don't know!).
Can someone tell me the taxes and how to calculate them for the final price of the car???
For example:
MSRP of $50,000.
city tax of 10%: $5,000 (10% of $50,000= $5,000)
state tax of 5%: $2,500 (5% of $50,000= $2500, or 5% of (50,000+5,000)=$2,750)
other tax...
title...
transport...
something else...
whatever ....
