These guys are in my neck of the woods... but I just had my style 162's stripped of oem paint, bends fixed, and powered coated white. Including road force balancing for under $100/wheel. I would try to negotiate a better deal with the guy since you are shipping the rim back/forth rather than local. If anything you can use it as a base line for prices.
Please don't forget to get the $4 new valve stem kit's from AAP because anytime that nut comes off the valve stem... you don't want to re-use the rubber pieces cuz you might get sealing issues. $4 is cheap insurance. It would also be easier of you have your tires and TPMS dismounted before shipping because the less you send... the less that can be lost/damaged.
