The customer complains are putting me off doing anything. Everybody knows you have to treat your customers well, so if that is going badly, how bad is it in the back room. If you can't hire someone to answer emails it's probably because you don't know if you can afford it. And you don't know what you can afford because the bookkeeping is all screwed up. Then one day you're out of business and my order will be the one AFU. Everything about this points to something bad coming. Having good products and going bust often go together because people with bad products never get that far.
