Update:
Well it turned out the problem was a bent pin in the combox that supplied power to the combox which was in turn disrupting the MOST network and disallowing sound.
I then fixed the pin and tried again. I now have sound and music. I can also play music through my ipod in the center console (6FL.) I can now read and code the combox. I did so and it went successfully. Although nothing changed within the CIC menu. Still missing a telephone section and I still have the old BMW ASSIST. Also when I select bluetooth under the CD/Multimedia menu, nothing happens.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I tried adding +TELD to the VO.
Should I be removing anything from my VO with the retrofit? I broke up my VO order below.
