No, no harness. I'll just run speaker wires from the joint in the OE loom near the front door to the Cleansweep, RCAs from the Cleansweep to the amp, then more speaker wires from the amp back to the speakers.
Does that mean that you'll be running speaker wires down the r-h side of the car? I had read that it can be noisy down there due to the power cable being there.
