No kidding, i had one and it did not have a loose screen either (different model though). I would compare it to something of its kind but this laptop is a bit uncommon and i dont know where to look for a demo.
Seller: We should both give this thread a rest because we both seem to be getting nowhere. No point in constant sparring before you hear back from USPS.
The funny thing is you probably are spending more time on this thread than you would have to if you just agreed to file the claim when i asked for a speedier resolution through the initial PM's.
