Hi, I am new to this site and new to San Antonio, TX.
My 2009 BMW 328i Sedan has an OEM headlights. They are in excellent condition, but I want something like "High powered LED" or light-blue halo rings something like this:

The service guy from the local BMW car dealership told me that they wouldn't do the upgrades and retrofits, because upgrades/retrofits will potentially damage my BMW car. Damage my car? I doubt he knows what he was talking about.
If there is no shop in San Antonio, TX then any guys from San Antonio, TX have experience with retrofits/upgrades and willing to help would be awesome. I am willing to pay.
