Are they actually working?
I've just picked up a 2010 e92 330d with the professional nav / iDrive. Coming from a 2006 320d (professional CD) I expected the audio quality to be as good / better but it's really poor.
I'm looking at the alpine upgrade but I'm not actually sure that the subs are working as I can't feel anything from them (I could feel the bass through the seat in my old 320) - is there a way to test them, or is this normal and they're just ridiculously quiet without the amp?
