Overall, I found the quality of the kit to be good with novel engineering ideas baked in. The install was pretty straightforward as per PMB install save for that pesky step involving replacing the black cover.
Perhaps related to that non-Lux issue, I found the brightness of the kit not in line with the results enjoyed by mds82 and caster. One look at the picture and you can see how my angel eyes are afflicted....
They're staying on for now, they're just about OEM bright.

They look good. we should plan a happy hour after hours so I can see them
at night.

or the issue we have been discussing but I see...
the driver side inner ring as the brightest
the driver side outer ring as the least bright
is that what you see?
