The 1-800 number showed my 325 waiting at the port from 10/19-10/26. My CA confirmed that my car did make it onto the Freedom that left Bremerhaven on the 24th. The Freedom is scheduled to arrive at Charleston on 11/10. My CA believes that my car will be ready for pick up in Jacksonville on 11/14. I'll be surprised if it is ready by then.
I have also been able to track my car by the VIN on WWs web site. Hope you're having luck finding yours.
