I gave my CA a "nice" gift of a extremely poor post sales customer survey sent from BMW. My buying experience was so horrid it was my way of giving him an F you and a middle finger.

Conversely, I've asked to talk to my SA's manager and had my SA sit there with me where I praised the level of service I got from him. I felt this was a good way of saying thank you the best by providing direct feedback to the guy who has the greatest influence over his job.
