I've been looking for a MANUAL 328i for nearly 2 months now. And I rarely see am Manual one. I might have seen 2 so far in my 2months of searching.

You may want to check out websites of big BMW dealers when searching for a manual. For example, United BMW has a search option which allows you to browse their BMW inventory based on transmission.
