Cheap garbage. I've been through 2 kits, 3 ballasts and 2 bulbs. It didn't throw a code in my car , but I still can't get it to function for more than a month. I have another bad ballast right now. I bought them from a seller called Dabears2k. They got shipped from that same address in san Diego, so that crook must be associated with them in some way.
