Would the General Manager care if I give the dealership less than straight 5's across the board? Because the salesperson didn't seem to flinch when I told her she wasn't getting 5's... maybe she's resigned to it, or she's already ruined her perfect score this year so far anyway, so she doesn't care anymore? I guess the trick is to be the FIRST person that gets screwed in a calendar year, then the threat to put a low score down means something?
