For people that care less about ride, and want to look slammed, the H&Rs are a better option. Also, people that do less daily driving, and want a stiffer and lower track solution, the H&Rs may work better as well.

I was exaggerating over the 'trash talking' but i think people have a point. :P
That being said, my H&Rs suck for DD. Too harsh for daily driving. Gonna find myself a set of Eibachs.
