I had my tranny reflashed last year in October or November due to an annoying rough shift from 2nd gear to 3rd. At times when the engine was still cold there was a sound going along with the rough shift.
I was told by the dealer that somehow the TCU got a lot of error codes in and the gears would not align properly.
After they reflashed it while driving in "D" the shifts are very smooth. Only in "DS" it is a little rough still.
I really don't know what software version I got.
